This spacious 3350 square foot home with its separate mother-in-law suite gives you the privacy that you need but still offers you everything for a lot of quality time together. Villa Helen is located in the heart of Cape Coral. Close to all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment and just minutes away from the river. It can’t get any better than this.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking or for entertaining your party or your family. The main house has a family and a living room – each with a big flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa for a nice movie evening get-together. The master bedroom with its king size bed, 2 dressers and a 50” flat screen TV is spacious and bright, and its en-suite master bathroom offers a his and her sink, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.

Guest bedroom one is nicely furnished and has a queen size bed while guest room two has 2 twin size beds. Above the garage is a bonus room with a full-size trundle bed which is a perfect hang-out place and sleep space for kids.

And then there is the attached mother-in-law suite. The mother-in-law suite has its separate entrance, but it is also connected to the main house. It has a huge living room with a nice sofa, dining table and of course a TV, a big master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite master bathroom with 2 sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a walk-in closet.

And let’s not forget the best: the gorgeous pool area with its fabulous heated pool and spa. Enjoy your meals with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down or just take a dip in the water or catch some rays. Life can be pretty good.

 -Sanitizing all soft surfaces with an industrial fogging process and/or CDC approved process for sanitizing overnight dwellings

 -Laundering all linens at the highest possible temperature with a detergent containing bleach
