Villa Happy Days is located in a quiet, yet very convenient and beautiful, neighborhood in SW Cape Coral.

Start your days with a morning coffee poolside and watch the sun come up.  Spent your days swimming and playing in the amazing, heated pool, or just relax and read a book in one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the lanai. Make your favorite BBQ dinners on the grill and in the evenings indulge yourself with a glass of wine or beer and watch Florida’s famous and most beautiful sunsets. It really cannot get much better.  

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite dinners and to entertain your guests.

The spacious master suite with its direct access to the pool area, is furnished with a king size bed, a dresser, a sofa, and a smart TV. The attached master bathroom has a his and her sink, a closed-in toilet and a huge walk-in shower. 

Guest bedroom one also has a king size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. Guest Bedroom two has a queen size bed, a dresser, and a TV.

There is also a nice pool bath for convenience just right off the lanai. 

Villa Happy Days is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral and is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. Going south you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. 3 minutes to the north of the home you will find the Surfside Shops with multiple more restaurants, a Starbucks, a farmers’ market, an ice cream place, and much more.
