Villa de Grace – Gorgeous 4 BR Villa w. heated pool/ bicycles/ ping pong and foosball table/ Xbox

Enjoy fantastic days in our beautifully furnished and family friendly 4-bedroom Villa de Grace. As soon as you enter the home, the open floorplan, the warm colors, and the charming light coming through the tall sliding glass doors make you feel welcome and happy. 

And not only is the villa set up perfectly for days spent outside on the patio with its incredible southern exposure heated pool, the comfy lounge chairs, a grill to make your evening dinners a delight, or just to relish a glass of wine in the evening – no, Villa de Grace is also set up nicely inside should we ever have a rainy day or if you just want to spend a nice evening with you family watching a movie or play a game on the Xbox. Every room is set up with a Roku TV and a Netflix account and the bunk bedroom has an Xbox for entertainment. And if this is not enough for entertainment and you are looking for some family fun then you will find a foosball table and a ping pong table in the garage and some fun board and card games in the house.  Villa de Grace is also excellently located. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and a bowling alley are just around the corner and the movie theater is about 5 minutes away by car. 

The fully stocked kitchen with its stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes and to entertain your party.

The beautiful and spacious master suite has a king size bed, offers direct access to the pool and has a big walk-in closet. The attached master bathroom has a his and her sink, a closed in water closet and a huge walk-in shower.

One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other one two twin size beds. Both have big closets and a dresser. 

The kids room has a bunk bed.

Of course, all bedrooms have a TV.

Villa de Grace is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. 3 minutes to the north you will find a Publix, a Target, as well as a Walgreens, and multiple good restaurants. A little further to the south you will find out beautiful Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. Both harbors have great restaurants, some boardwalks, bars, shops, life music and more. There are also some nice parks and playgrounds within a few minutes by car.
