Make your favorite BBQ dinners on the grill and in the evenings indulge yourself with a glass of wine or beer and watch Florida’s famous and most beautiful sunsets. It really cannot get much better.   

And not only is Cape Paradise’s outdoor living the best. The house itself is staggering. It is spacious and modern, yet warm and friendly. The huge master suite has access to the pool area and is equipped with a California king size bed. The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower, 2 vanities, and a big walk-in closet.

Two of the oversized guest bedrooms have king size beds and the third guest bedroom has a queen size bed.

Of course, all bedrooms have smart TVs.

Cape Paradise is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, however, close to shopping and restaurants. To the south you will find a Publix (grocery store), a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down there is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. To the east of Cape Paradise is downtown Cape Coral with even more restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, a farmers market and if you drive a few minutes to the north you are in quaint and beautiful Matlacha with its unique art stores and waterfront restaurants.
